We have 100 stock colors and 5000 color recipes on hand, and our professional engineers and colorimeter allow for high-precision color reproduction. We are able to recreate a wide variety of colors based on your needs.

Unfading beauty - heat-resistant, stable dope dyed material

Our dope dyed material is made by fusing highly heat-resistant, stable colors inside polyester fibers. It is significantly more stable compared to dyed materials.

Natural Material-like Dope Dyed Yarns Made With Special Spinning Technologies

Although colors akin to natural materials are difficult to achieve using traditional filament fibers, we are able to do so by using special spinning technologies.
We make it possible to achieve natural textures while maintaining the strength and elasticity of filament fibers.

The Production Flow of Recycled Pellets

1. CLEAN RECYLING
Made with clean, properly separated PET bottles collected from municipalities and storefronts within Japan.
2. TRACEABILITY
This product has received the internationally renowned GRS certification.

"MocoFilo Bio" is a material that is partially made of bio-based ingredients and is even more environmentally friendly than regular MocoFilo.
*Bio-based ingredient ratio: more than25%.

The Production Flow of Partial Bio Pellets

1. RECYCLED RESOURCE
This is an environmentally friendly recycled resource that uses "blackstrap molasses," a byproduct that remains after sugar cane is refined into sugar.
2. RAW MATERIALS
This is a partially plant-based polyester that uses plant-based "ethylene glycol", which accounts for around 30% of the raw materials.
